Drag Queen Story Time for Earth Day 2021
Conceptualized and produced a fun video campaign to pique interest in Huron River critters, featuring Maxi Chanel, a talented drag queen. Designed this Earth Day campaign to appeal to kids and adults. Came up with the idea, filmed the reading, edited the video (Premier Pro), created a PSA teaser, and boosted the video on social network feeds. The campaign was the first time my organization publicly showed this level of DEI support. It was also one of the most popular posts in our organization’s social networking history.
Microplastics Social Network Campaign
Conceptualized and produced a social network digital campaign to raise awareness of microplastic pollution. Reached 59,181 with an ad spend of $1,380 on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and You Tube over a two month period.
The social media posts saw dozens of shares, comments, saves, and link clicks; there were also hundreds of ThruPlay views and YouTube views.
Additionally, the website saw an increase of 19% in month over month goals, from August to September. Primarily, these were newsletter signups, donate page visits, contact us clicks, and volunteer clicks. (Russell Video created the videos and 3.7 Design managed ad buys)
Each video is 60-seconds so they could be played on all platforms. They are designed to be played with or without sound.
